As an exhibitor you have free access to the exhibition every day (vernissage from 12.5. to 17.5.22). You will receive a ribbon or batch (not yet decided) on 12.5.22 (during set-up).

The vernissage will take place on May 12 from 18:00. You may then invite 5 friends or acquaintances free of charge for each cube you exhibit.

To create the tickets, your friends need the ID number that came in the mail with the invitation for the vernissage.

You will receive a code for booking seminars (30% discount) and workshops (15% discount).
The codes and the instructions for redeeming them are still in progress. We will then send you a separate e-mail.

The set-up will take place on May 12, 2022.
We will set up 4 time slots into which we will allocate you. We will inform you of the time slots approx. 1 week before the event and may also post a list here.

The first time slot starts at 9:00, the last at 13:00. All cubes must be set up by 15:00.

We are still working flat out on the solution with the cubes. At the moment everything is quite complicated with the worldwide supply chain problems, which are increasing daily. A few days ago, our supplier for polystyrene informed us that he cannot deliver because the material for the cubes with fire protection is not available. Unfortunately, it is now clear that there will be no polystyrene cubes.
Presumably there will be stage elements (2 elements of 1 x 2 m, or 2 elements of 0.5 x 2 m).
We are in the process of finalizing the contracts with the supplier.
→ However, you will not be able to attach prints with pins.

We will produce the stand lettering on A4 with the edited texts based on your input. There will be a QR code on the lettering which will lead to your profile page on photo-international.com.
We are still planning a public vote and there may be a second QR code on the label.
If you have registered with a pseudonym, this will be the name on the label. If this is not desired, please contact us immediately.

To make the exhibition as homogeneous as possible, only business cards or a book of work on the cube are permitted.
There will be a portfolio lounge near the cash desk where you can display your own promotional material such as flyers or postcards.
